     Advertising has us chasing cars and closes, working jobs be hate to buy shit we don’t need.

     Our great war is a spiritual war, our great depression in our lives.

     You’re not your job, you’re not the contents of your wallet.

     We’re the all singing all dancing crap of the world.

     Like the first monkey ready to be launched in to space. Space-monkey, ready to sacrifice himself you the greater good.

     You are not special.  You are not a beautiful unique snowflake.

     You need to forget what you know, about like, about friendship,

     You need to know the answer to this question, “If you were to die how would you feel about you’re life?”

     Hitting rock bottom isn’t a weekend retreat, it’s not a seminar.

     Stop trying to control everything and just let go.
